The flooring system includes structurally engineered 18mm boards, layered over a 4” x 2” C24 pressure-treated timber frame with 25mm thermal insulation. It’s topped with 1.2mm waterproof PVC vinyl flooring, which is hard-wearing, easy to clean, and ideal for high-traffic use.

Every unit comes with a reinforced PVC entry door featuring a full-height side light. The door is Anthracite Grey inside and out, fitted with 28mm toughened double glazing, 2 trickle vents, and a multi-point locking system for added security. It opens outwards for space efficiency and ventilation.

We use a no-dig groundworks system tailored to your surface type. For soft surfaces, we install steel ground piles; for hard surfaces, we use steel ground feet. This system avoids the need for concrete and allows for quicker, cleaner installation while maintaining structural stability.
