Groundwork Methods
Before confirming an order, a comprehensive site survey is carried out to determine the most suitable groundwork method.
Concrete Pads
Concrete is poured with breeze block pads, expertly levelled to form a solid base for the build.
Ground Screws
Heavy-duty ground screws are hydraulically driven and levelled with precision, creating a secure and stable base prepared to accept the build.
Ground Plugs
Heavy-duty drills are used to install lightweight steel ground plugs with L-shaped brackets, precisely levelled to create a stable base ready to support the build.
Manufacturing
Each build is handcrafted by highly skilled and experienced craftsmen using premium-grade materials and precision cutting machinery in the North East of England.
Finishing Touches
A breathable membrane is applied before the build is slatted, followed by the installation of composite cladding on the visible elevations.
Elevations & Roof
Pre-fabricated modular panels are manufactured using pressure-treated C24 timber frames, fully insulated with rigid boards.
Subframe & Base
