Each build begins with the precision welding of a raised steel subframe, featuring evenly spaced steel box-section posts that act as anchor points for lifting.
Inside the steel subframe is a timber base, manufactured using pressure-treated C24 timber and infilled with rigid thermal insulation board, before being topped with structurally engineered floorboards.
Around the entire perimeter of the base, a watertight aluminium powder-coated setting cill is installed for additional structural support.
