A breathable membrane is then applied before the build is slatted, followed by the installation of composite cladding on the visible elevations.
Powder-coated aluminium pressings are fixed to the corners of the elevations, and custom-made roofing kit pressings are used to cap the roofing sheets, providing a luxurious and watertight finish.
The doors and windows are then expertly hung and glazed. Additionally, PVC guttering and a downpipe are installed.
Modular note: For modular build orders, the process is almost identical, except there is no steel subframe and the build is taken to approximately 80% completion in the factory.
